Are having a car wash on June 19
th, at Firestone Tire in Edwardsville, on Northampton Streetnext to the Saxton Building. The cost is $5.00 per car. Yes we do pickup trucks as well. Time:
8am - 3pm. Proceeds benefit Edwardsville Lions and Edwardsville LEOs. Our LEOs are trying
to raise money so they can get a Banner and also donate to the American Red Cross.

Golfers, the Mini-Golf Tournament will be a Shot Gun Start
@6:00pm. Sign-up as Captain & Crew (4), Captain & Mate
(2) or Individual (1). Cost $10 per person, includes voucher for hot dog, can of
soda & Leiby’s Ice Cream Cone or cup. At the 19
th hole, putt for a hole in one –winners receive free round of mini-golf. Those who like to practice their drivea
special on baskets of balls - $2 off regular price. Baskets are Small - $3, Medium - $5 and
Large $7. At the driving range, take a swing and see if you are a winner of the Hole-in-One
Competition.
Event will be held regardless of weather. Vouchers will be given at Mickey’s GolfCenter that evening for pre-paid participants if it is unsafe to hold event. Payment made to

MOUNTAIN TOP AREA LIONS CELEBRATION
On April 19
th, the Mountain Top Area Lions enjoyed an evening of Celebration with Lionsfrom District 14-W at the Stage Coach Inn, Rt. 309 Drums. Members of the newly reorganized
Mountain Top Area Lions were officially inducted by District Governor Patty.
Officers of the Lions Club were installed by First Vice District Governor (District Governor
Elect) Eileen. Twelve Lions Clubs from District 14-W were present. Certified Guiding Lions
for the Club are Cabinet Secretary Pat Kwetkauskie and Region II Zone B Chair Mike
Wisniewski. The Mountain Top Area Lions will be at the Relay for Life Race on Saturday, May
29
